Testing of our Springs are done and a complete load test reports are always available up on request. All the materials are supplied with test certificates showing metallurgical and mechanical tests and copies are issued up on request with each other.

At VCI springs, each and every batch undergoes testing at our own testing laboratory.

All the Springs are tested on an exclusive tester for spring rate according to design specifications. VCI springs utilise intensive quality standards for spring deflection testing, surpassing all industry and government standards.

We are approved by Quality Assurance departments of DGQA, DGS&D, BHEL, HAL, DRDL, RAILWAYS and many other Govt. Organisations and supplying springs regularly to them.

We assure our springs for a period of 12 months and provide a GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE up on request.
